apartment therapy sneak peak

apartment therapy came by to do a house tour and we are so excited to see if the photos will be on apartment therapy! i wanted to share a sneak peak of the photos-

online auctions

i have nightmare memories of being dragged to auction houses as a child... but, now as i'm planning my dream house (just found a good one in salem, mass- we totally can't buy it, but it's fun to browse), i think of all the auctions that take place in new england and in the mid atlantic.

i stumbled upon live auctioneers this morning, and then found this mirror.  isn't it cute?

AMERICAN EMPIRE MAHOGANY-VENEER FRAME WALL MIRROR

the auctions go buy in a few seconds- floor! floor! internet! sold! so, it's no ebay.

in search of a gazebo

this is probably WAY over the top, but recently i really want an outdoor gazebo so that we can enjoy our deck year round.  which look should i go for?

this isn't really a gazebo, but would be amazing under a gazebo

too bad my deck isn't this field of flowers

here's the gazebo i've been eyeing:

it's available here

then, my gazebo of course would need some more curtains in this fabric

and the bench cushions in this fabric

with these lanterns

hopefully, you'll come over to my connecticut meets casbah outdoor gazebo soon!

happy sunday
